The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

What Will Be Your Mission:
Lead a team and oversee all activities related to operations (from receiving to loading). Perform administrative actions for the department, create and analyze reports, assess the safety conditions of people and equipment involved. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, guaranteeing excellence throughout the logistics chain. The biggest challenge is managing people with a focus on performance indicators. Be resilient, solution-oriented, and provide guidance for achieving good results.
Job Description:
How will your day-to-day look like:
Respond to requests and processes daily according to orders/priorities;
Distribute demands/tasks for operations (supply, separation, verification, and receiving).
Lead the team of logistics assistants and logistics analysts;
Monitor the operational flow of receiving, verification, labeling, separation, shipping, returns, handling, and supplies;
Actively participate in inventory activities;
Ensure the completion of internal and external controls by the team;
Maintain reports, indicators, and participate in meetings with clients;
Manage performance indicators in your area and develop immediate action plans for corrections when necessary;
Guide new logistics assistants;
Promote engagement and interaction within the team of logistics assistants;
Manage operational controls related to your team (attendance, absenteeism, overtime, turnover);
Ensure the execution of standard work as defined in operational work instructions and training received.
Requirements:
What you need to take on the challenge:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Experience in logistics and people management;
Experience with process management through indicators, involving the team and establishing corrective actions.
Analytical skills to diagnose process improvements.
