Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.Partner with the bestThe Lead Project Manager Specialist is responsible for providing operational and technical project planning, management and oversight for all key packages, initiatives and implementation in support of the overall project delivery.
Ensuring that these initiatives and projects are completed on-time, within scope and budget and with an extremely high quality of deliverables.The LPMS will ensure the optimum mix of cost, schedule, performance, and system supportability throughout the life cycle (tender, design, development, evaluation, production, and execution of each package).The LPMS shall work closely with Project Management Team and support functions such as Quality, HSE, Engineering and Sourcing, Finance, etc., to support the overall project deliverables.The LPMS actuation permeates all phases of delivery including Bid to Execute, configuration and build, testing and verification, and in conjunction with Services, the deployment of systems and equipment.As a Lead Project Manager Specialist , you will be responsible for:Evaluates complex situations using multiple sources of information filters, validates and interprets dynamic material, escalating appropriately delivery impediments, contractual, commercial and technical risks, issues, and changes associated to the project lifecycleLead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levelsAssign and monitor work of project personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budgetInstigate and drive a method of project change management recording including ownership of documentation, delay & disruption, deviation.As part of Bid to Execute, define project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners.Define, acquire, and allocate budget, staff, and other resources necessary to accomplish the goals and/or objectives of the program group/function and monitors performance across resource channelsDesign, implement and continuously improve processes to monitor and control resources, budget, risks and value to Business ObjectivesEnsure all the required products are produced and reviewed, including the technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solutionFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will need:Bachelor's degree in an Administration or Engineering from an accredited university or college.Related experience.Microsoft suite (Advanced Excel) and Oracle.Fluent EnglishRobust experience of Project Manager with gradually increasing responsibilities and a demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, artefacts and toolsAbility to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between support functionsDemonstrated ability in interpersonal relations, strategic planning, risk management, change management, project managementFull understanding of Subsea System development lifecycle best practices · Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project managementStrong oral and written communication skillsAlso, will be nice if you have:MBA or Master's degree in Project Management or BusinessPMI or similar certificationSubsea Flexible line products knowledgeBudget and Cost Control experienceDemonstrated Leadership in a matrix environmentDiligent, dedicated and detail orientedWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
