Join us in shaping a future where technology seamlessly aligns with purpose.LifeScience Business AnalystThe LifeScience Business Analyst will be responsible for working with different departments within one of the largest LifeScience and Animal Science companies in the world to develop and document requirements for data and reporting needs.Roles and Responsibilities:Identify and translate data, reporting and analytics needs into clearly defined requirementsDevelop data and reporting requirements documentation in line with SDLC framework including business requirements document, report mock-ups, data mapping and test plansUse SQL and or any other reporting and analytics tools, to augment analytical thinking when analyzing data and processes, and identifying and solving problems.Reason logically, drawing valid conclusions and developing effective solutions. Apply creative thinking in the design of effective and efficient methods for processing dataSupport system testing and user acceptance testing phases of small and large-scale data and reporting projectsCollaborate with development and testing teams to provide subject matter expertise and to assist in troubleshooting and resolving issuesRequired Technical Qualifications:Senior Experience as an IT Business Analyst in LifeScience / Animal Science IndustryHands-on experience with defining and documenting data and reporting requirements is requiredHands-on experience with PowerBI or similar productProven track record of creating clear, concise deliverables that reflect a deep understanding of business needs and data requirementsExperience operating and interfacing with business management, including negotiation and presentation skillsExperienced with Agile, SDLC and business analysis methodologies; working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards
