We are looking for multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position ofListings & Crisis Management Associate.The Ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and committed individual to manage listings and crisis management tasks for Amazon accounts, helping brands succeed on platforms like Amazon and Walmart. This role involves creating and updating listings, handling account and listing audits, and managing crisis resolution for clients.
The salary ranges from600 USD to 800 USDper month, depending on the candidate's experience and seniority.Candidates from other LATAM countries may be considered.
Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered. The role is 100% remote. PST Working hours. Must be available to cover the weekends if any crisis needs to be resolved or listings need to be monitored.ALL RESUMES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISHResponsibilities:Crisis Management:
Conduct daily audits on account health, brand, listing, and pricing issues.
Resolve inactive or suppressed listings and compliance requests, ensuring swift action.
Handle reinstatements, appeals, POA submissions, and monitor marketplace alerts.
Listings Management:
Create new listings, perform updates, and resolve issues in compliance with best practices.
Manage flat files, conduct listing audits, and make inventory or information updates.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to improve client experiences.
Regularly update project management tools and ensure seamless communication with clients.Requirements:
Fluent in English, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Brand Registry; knowledge of Walmart platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Wrike, Slack, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills, ability to handle ambiguity, and work independently.
