**Overview**:
**The Performance Trainer** for the Live Casino Academy will play a crucial role in developing and managing a team of talented **Game Show Hosts**. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to hosts, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to present live casino game shows confidently and effectively. With a solid foundation in casino games, including both game shows and classic games, the **Performance Trainer** will continuously evaluate and improve the performance of their team, driving engagement and player satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training & Development**:
- Train Game Show Hosts to ensure they are confident, engaging, and well-prepared to present both classic casino games and modern game shows.
- Deliver ongoing coaching and support to improve hosts' on-camera performance, body language, energy levels, and communication skills.
- Guide Game Presenters on handling a variety of game types, adapting to different player preferences, and mastering game mechanics.
- Leverage at least 2 years of experience in the Live Casino industry to ensure Game Show Hosts are knowledgeable about popular casino games.
- Train hosts to confidently perform on various game formats, including classic games like blackjack, roulette, and modern game shows.
- Ensure hosts are well-versed in the casino's operational procedures and guidelines.
**On-Camera Presentation**:
- Teach and model the skills necessary for successful hosting, including:
- Engaging a diverse audience with an outgoing, friendly, and approachable demeanour.
- Maintaining confidence and high energy levels on camera, even during unexpected situations.
- Adapting hosting style to fit different game types and audiences.
**Team Collaboration & Operational Support**:
- Work closely with the studio's operations team to ensure Game Show Hosts adhere to all studio guidelines and procedures for live presentations.
- Foster a strong team dynamic, ensuring that all hosts work together cohesively to deliver an outstanding player experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Live Casino industry, with a strong understanding of both game shows and classic casino games.
- Proven experience leading, training, and developing a team in a high-performance environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to train and engage hosts in English fluently.
- Outgoing and confident personality, comfortable presenting in front of the camera and engaging with a live audience.
- Ability to adapt quickly, think on your feet, and handle unexpected situations with poise.
- Experience in hosting live events, game shows, or broadcasting is highly desirable.
- A strong sense of body language, stage presence, and the ability to captivate an audience.
- Highly organized, with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for performance evaluation.
