in Atibaia we are looking for you to support our customers by handling our logistics processes.
**Your tasks**:
- Support all the company's logistics processes (region of operation: South America);
- Receipt of imported products, check with Headquarter invoice, separation, and organization of products in the local warehouse
- Shipping customer orders: including product separation, weighing, packaging, preparation of labels and other required documents
- Coordination and monitoring of deliveries with service providers: post office and carriers
- Daily inventory management (input and output control) through SAP system, generation of reports for planning new import processes, maintenance of the main product models and inventory control
- Responsible for billing procedure through SAP: generation of sales invoices, samples, demonstration, return, cancellation, correction letter, etc
- Direct contact with Customer Service department, in order to answer customer inquiries, for example: delivery dates, providing shipment tracking numbers and shipment prioritization

- Desirable experience with SAP system and logistics processes
- Ability to communicate in English
- Mandatory to live in Atibaia region (100% presencial job)
