Job Description: Oversee and lead multiple teams within our logistics operations in South America, ensuring that our logistics processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational goals. This role requires a strong focus on data-driven leadership, where you will guide your team to extract actionable insights from data analysis, driving improvements and operational excellence across our logistics network. Key Responsibilities: 1.Data-Driven Leadership: Lead the team in analyzing large datasets to identify trends, extract critical information, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic changes and operational corrections. Ensure that data analysis is central to decision-making processes within the logistics operations. 2.KPI Development and Visualization: Lead the team to develop and enhance the visual management of key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational controls. Utilize advanced tools such as Tableau, but also explore other innovative solutions to create dynamic, insightful dashboards that drive performance across the logistics network. 3.Cost Control / Analysis / Freight Auditing & Payment: Lead the team that oversees logistics cost analysis, budget planning, and ensure the timely payment of freight bills through rigorous auditing processes. Your team will play a critical role in controlling costs and improving the financial efficiency of our logistics operations. 4.Suppliers Claims, Penalties & Recovery: Drive process improvement on the claims resolution with carriers, monitoring the refund process to mitigate losses. Ensure that these processes are handled efficiently and that any issues are promptly addressed. 5.Systems Integration Setup/Monitoring and Network Optimization: Lead the team in managing the integration of systems with suppliers, developing and enforcing a standardized onboarding integration documentation, workflows to streamline the integration process. Your leadership will be key in monitoring ongoing integrations and identifying opportunities for further network optimization and system developments in collaboration with HQ teams. 6.CS Support Process Standardization and Monitoring: Oversee the standardization of processes related to the resolution of logistics tickets across all the logistics areas, establishing clear standards, monitoring performance, and ensuring that all teams maintain effective communication and resolution processes with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. 2.8+ years of experience in logistics management, with at least 3 years in a management role, preferably in e-commerce logistics. 3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to lead teams in data analysis and interpretation. 4.Proficiency in developing and using visual management tools like Tableau to enhance operational control and decision-making. 5.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience working in cross-functional and multinational teams. 6.Proficiency in Portuguese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
