Job Description: The Logistics Innovation Senior Manager will be responsible for optimizing transportation and warehousing operations while focusing on cost reduction. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership skills to drive innovation in logistics. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles and demonstrated success in implementing operational improvements. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to optimize transportation and warehousing operations (network redesign, operational efficiency, LSPs KPIs and SLAs) Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Implement new technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes across the organization Support LSPs bid/negotiation/contracts to achieve optimal pricing and service levels Continuously monitor and evaluate logistics performance to identify areas for improvement Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics or a related field Solid experience in Logistics Operations/Logistics Projects. In Industry, Logistics Operators, or in projects in Consulting companies; Expertise in transportation and warehousing operations for Retail channel (expertise in E-commerce will be a plus) Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and achieving cost reductions Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
