Summary
Logistics Intern is responsible for assisting with international and local demands, such as import and export, local transport, delivery and follow up of intercompany orders. This position requires good communication, both in Portuguese and English and a good will to learn.
Job Responsibilities
- Process and monitor intercompany orders
- Update material information, such as NCM and description
- Check and approve international documents for import and export
- Evaluate costs and quotes for international freight
- Keep internal customers updated of deliveries
- Monitor local transports
- Check and approve local NF and DACTEs
- Assist the Logistics Analyst with daily activities
- Support the Warehouse team with import process status
- Open and follow up NCRs
Required Qualifications
Education: International Relations, Foreign Trade, Administration (ongoing)
Experience: 0-2 years of experience
Skills and Abilities: Good communication, proactive, teamwork, adaptability, problem solving, multitasking, HSSE focus, eager to learn, advanced English, SAP knowledge is a plus.
