The position As the Logistics Operational Excellence Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, your role involves identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in logistics, leading projects to enhance efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction and optimize operational costs.
You will actively participate in sustainability projects and develop contingency plans to mitigate operational risks.
The work location for this position is São José dos Pinhais or Curitiba, Paraná.
Other responsibilities include: Identify and drive initiatives for logistics optimization, including process revisions, developing new suppliers, and evaluating opportunities to optimize the distribution model with logistics operators.
Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate operational risks and address immediate operational challenges with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Identify and lead continuous improvement projects in logistics to enhance efficiency, quality, and reduce costs related to transportation and warehousing, while establishing operational performance KPIs.
Collaborate to ensure operational effectiveness, prioritizing safety, meeting deadlines, and maintaining service quality.
Enable the execution of the regional logistics operational excellence strategy for the Brazilian affiliate.
Actively participate in sustainability projects and contribute insights in management meetings to enhance warehouse and transportation operations.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
Advanced English proficiency and Portuguese.
Experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or cold chain sector.
Experience in coordinating operations with logistics operators.
