As the Logistics Specialist , you will be responsible for the oversight of the life cycle of products from the manufacturing stage through to storage and product orders, WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Maintain up to date on hand inventories of instruments, reagents kits and spare parts. Generate daily shipping and transfer reports. Coordinates daily shipments, transfers, and deliveries to internal and external customers. Manage spare parts, coordinate with service engineers to provide better services to customers. Responsible for registering, logging, and tracking all incoming and outgoing products in the system, generating weekly, monthly reports as needed. Work with Finance, accounting, and import-export partners to resolve any issues on behalf of the team in these departments. Oversee the warehouse team ensuring proper review and creation of all picking/packing slips and unit slips are accurate, match sales orders, and part numbers for repair. Manage the local inventory of systems, parts, and cold chain consumables. Check and manage inventory daily to ensure products are available for shipping. Acting as the liaison between local suppliers and us. Drive best practices for inventory management, reporting, and handling. Responsible to ensure appropriate control mechanisms are in place and achieve exceptional levels of inventory accuracy, material availability, and service goals. Manage 3rd parties (as applicable) in areas of logistics, trade, and inventory management, including process setup, integration, and performance management. Improve operational efficiency in all areas, including cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders for optimal company wide solutions. Plan and track shipment of sales orders according to customer needs and sales department priorities. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as needed. ABOUT YOU Bilingual (Portuguese/English). Chinese is a plus WHERE YOU WILL WORK This position is based on-site in Sao Paulo-SP WHAT YOU WILL BRING US 3+ years of experience in inventory and logistics management. Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills. Strong sense of time management and able to multitask. Must be able to use Microsoft office and with strong MS excel knowledge. WHAT YOUR EDUCATION LOOKS LIKE Associates' degree or higher in business, life sciences, or similar discipline.
