To assist the Project Coordination/Logistic Operations sector in all activities described herein.Collaborate and coordinate the receipt and shipment of medicinal products/materials to maintain adequate control of the materials entering the warehouse, check their documentation, and confirm the arrival for customers.Process orders of medicinal products/supplies to medical institutions and request confirmation of receipt to follow established requirements.Help with the inventory control to manage the entry and exit of inputs and record all the supply chain.Perform the return processes, coordinating with medical institutions the delivery of products and the verification of the pertinent documentation.Collaborate by providing information and assessing medical institutions on how to proceed in case of shipment of products, either regarding storage conditions, handling of temperature sensors, procedures to acknowledge receipt, and documentation of the project.Notice and advise on deviations and lack of conformities regarding project coordination.Collaborate with reception, shipment, and return processes, all in compliance with agreed terms and upon completion of support documentation.Collaborate with the analysis to control internal supply stock for shipment to institutions.AttributesCustomer-focused and client-service attitude.Flexible, proactive, and predisposed behavior.Multitasking skills and timing.Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship abilities.Partnership skills, frustration tolerance, resilient, organized, committed.Minimum Requirements / QualificationsStudents or graduates in health, logistics operations, and management areas.Without experience or up to 1 year of experience in similar activities in the pharmaceutical industry, CROs, or similar logistics companies.Intermediate oral and written English level.Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office package, Internet.Preferred QualificationsCourses in Clinical Trials, IATA – Dangerous Goods Transportation.
