Long-Term Terraform & Java Devops Project

I'm looking for a dedicated freelancer for a long-term project requiring 16 hours of work per week.
The project is centered around infrastructure tasks as code using Terraform and writing Azure DevOps pipelines, with a focus primarily on AWS and Azure, though GCP is also involved.Key Responsibilities:Infrastructure tasks as code using Terraform.Configuring Java and .NET applications.Developing Terraform scripts for AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud resources, with a primary focus on AWS and Azure.Creating unit and functional tests using Java, specifically related to infrastructure.Qualifications:Extensive experience with Terraform and Java.Strong skills in AWS and Azure, with a good understanding of GCP.Experience in application configuration, particularly with .NET.Understanding of unit and functional testing processes.Please note that while GCP is included in this project, the majority of work will be focused on AWS and Azure.Describe your proposal (minimum 100 characters)
