We are an international company from Dubai, Optriment, specializing in developing computer vision platforms for large clients in the region (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman).
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Team Lead to manage a team of ML developers and oversee projects in the field of computer vision.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop architecture and manage projects focused on building ML solutions for computer vision.
• Lead an international team of developers, coordinating tasks and ensuring efficient project progress.
• Engage deeply in development and programming based on Pytorch and TensorFlow.
Requirements:
• Experience in ML and computer vision: strong understanding of architecture, modeling, and deploying models.
• Team management experience: ability to coordinate international teams and ensure timely task completion.
• Advanced knowledge of Pytorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience with YOLO and other object detection algorithms (e.g., SSD, Faster R-CNN) for detection and classification tasks.
• Fluent or near-fluent English proficiency (minimum level B2+) to work in an international environment.
Russian language is a big plus
• Understanding of Google Cloud architecture and infrastructure is a plus.
Additional Technical Skills:
• Databases: Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB), skills in optimizing and designing databases for high-load systems.
• APIs and Integrations: Creating and integrating RESTful APIs for interaction with ML modules; experience with gRPC and API Gateway is a plus.
• Containerization and Orchestration: Knowledge of Docker and experience with Kubernetes for deploying and managing containers.
• DevOps Practices: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins) for automated testing and deployment.
• Big Data: Understanding principles of distributed data processing; experience with Apache Spark or Hadoop is a plus.
