We are at the forefront of key initiatives to provide insightsthrough analytics tools and automation via custom Machine Learningsolutions that look to enhance day to day operations to a 10X level ofefficiency.As part of an established IT team, the Machine Learning Engineer will beresponsible for designing and implementing self-running software toautomate predictive models which aim to use its results to carry on futureoperations with an incremented amount of accuracy.We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join us.The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis,implementation and automation of key business processes.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business requirements and objectives;Apply automation process concepts, from functionality to design tobuild and test automated processes;Design and provision a cloud solution architecture, consideringreliability, scalability and security compliance;Develop, debug and deploy a recommendation system trained over textualdata;Build, test, deploy and performance monitor ML poweredapplications;Use data to answer questions from business experts;Requirements & SkillsPython development, beyond jupyter notebook, includingmodule development;Experience working with LLM's like OpenAI. Python framework LangChain or other Generative AI frameworks;SQL, Pandas, data wrangling and extraction;STEM Bachelor (Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics,etc.);Experience implementing API's with FastAPI orequivalent;Adept at technology integration and quickly gaining exposure to newplatforms;Experience working in an Agile environment (Jira) and GIT(Bitbucket);Desired SkillsExperience with GCP products, specially Cloud run and BigQuery;Experience with developing a RAG Generative AI projectKnowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems;Kedro framework for pipeline orchestration;Apache Airflow for data pipeline/ETL;Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCY and Gensim.This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensivelisting of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.Nothing in this job description restricts management's right toassign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.
