Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Magento Tech Lead with expertise in Mirakl integration (desired) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Magento-based e-commerce solutions. Responsibilities: Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design and develop scalable and high-performance e-commerce solutions on the Magento platform. Hands on in Magento2 development. Mirakl Integration: Lead the integration efforts with Mirakl marketplace, ensuring smooth data exchange, order processing, and synchronization between Magento and Mirakl. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices, code quality, and adherence to architectural standards. Customization and Extensions: Develop custom modules and extensions for Magento to meet specific business requirements, integrating them seamlessly with the Mirakl platform. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness of the Magento-based e-commerce applications. Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards. Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to Magento and Mirakl integration, providing support to the operations team when needed. Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation for architecture, design, and development processes. Requirements: Proven experience as a Magento Tech Lead and development with a strong focus on e-commerce solutions. In-depth knowledge of Magento architecture, best practices, and customization techniques. Hands-on experience with Mirakl marketplace integration and understanding of Mirakl APIs. Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery. Experience with version control systems (Git), build tools, and deployment pipelines. Strong understanding of web standards, performance optimization, and security best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Magento certification(s) and Mirakl certification(s) would be a plus.
