Together, we are driving progress forward in a ROLE PURPOSE The Maintenance Analyst supports SBM's managers to meet the strategic objectives in line with SBM's Values.
You perform advanced and diversified administrative duties within your assigned remit.
You are responsible for supporting your assigned remit (management, the (global/ local) department or the project) by pro-actively planning and completing the assigned activities, with accuracy and on-time deliverables.
You apply and uphold SBM's policies and procedures in support of the respective population with a high degree of customer focus, discretion and confidentiality ROLE CONTRIBUTION Manage the department indicators via dashboards, reports and presentations Manage the maintenance backlog of offshore units (when appointed to do so) Support all department projects, executing activities follow up, developing schedules, arranging meetings and ellaborating reports Ellaborate the department weekly meetings and the agenda, as well as ellaborating the minutes of it.
Execute the maintenance planning of specific units as per demand (when requested by the leader) Support and develop work instructions for offshore maintenance department Update and keep the leader and team informed of ongoing activities and the indicators of the fleet.
Follow up all the offshore KPIs individually with the units Support the fleet maintenance engineers with CMMS issues and follow up the requests Ellaborate all the monthly presentations for the offshore maintenance department Vaccation coverage of maintenance engineer (when required) Coordinate fleet action appointed by the leader (e.g.
: spares acquisition, surveys, contracts ellaboration, etc.)
Work on the maintenance plans updates with the fleet maintenance engineer and units engineers
