Maintenance Analyst - Mechanical

Your tasksMechanical maintenance processes monitoring according to corrective and preventive schedules. Analyze problems related to equipment mechanics and propose improvements. Develop maintenance inspections and procedures, control service indicators and identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance programs. Work with mechanical maintenance indicators to achieve objectives (MTTR, MTBF and Availability). Define predictive maintenance in highly critical equipment. Search for new technologies that will benefit the routines of the maintenance team. Support the mechanics technical team. Prepare technical training with practice for the development of the maintenance team. Perform failure analysis and develop actions. Gather maintenance control data and spare parts. Develop manuals and procedures.**Profile**:- 5 Years Experience with Technical Mechanical Maintenance- Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology or related areas;- Basic English Level A2;- Knowledge in SAP PM module;- Microsoft Office pack;- Have didactics to carry out training;- Experience with corrective and preventive mechanical maintenance routines;- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical adjustments and measuring tools;- Experience with rubber process;**Offer**:Du willst mit uns Gas geben?
