MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR JOB SUMMARY To coordinate and maintain specific general maintenance policies, planning and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery, facilities, and equipment to optimize and ensure their operational efficiency, as well as compliance with safety standards. PREREQUISITES Education: Bachelor s degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, production engineering, or administration. Languages: English, French, Germany and Spanish - Advanced proficiency Other Requirements: Specialization and technical courses related to maintenance such as electrical engineering, electromechanics, chemistry, or refrigeration are desirable. Microsoft Office suite. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES · Coordinate mechanical, electrical, civil, preventive, or corrective maintenance services for machinery, equipment, facilities, and building maintenance; · Coordinate, plan, and control maintenance activities; · Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans to reduce waste and input consumption; · Execute strategies for equipment and process improvement; · Monitor daily inspections in technical areas and surroundings of team activities, whether electrical, mechanical, civil, painting, carpentry, joinery, locksmith, and swimming pools; · Coordinate on-site preventive or corrective maintenance activities that involve risk to the operation of the enterprise; · Coordinate activities in the pool water treatment system; · Conduct visual inspections of substations without direct intervention in their interior (busbars and transformers); · Issue purchase requests for material necessary for maintenance services as per the schedule or requirements and manage the process; · Issue purchase requests and material requisitions to the maintenance warehouse; · Monitor technical maintenance services performed by third parties, providing them with necessary information, developing and guiding them regarding equipment peculiarities or obtaining information for future maintenance; · Coordinate on-site water production and control in the enterprise through the Water Treatment Plant and Effluent Treatment Plant; · Remotely monitor software calls, analyze performance in service provision, and develop action plans for optimization of results; · Control consumption of inputs such as gas, diesel, and energy, promoting solutions for reduction; · Control service providers maintenance responses; · Prepare and present management reports; · Conduct technical training and team development; · Monitor performance indicators and maintenance operation costs; · Implement operational procedures of the sector in its various areas.
