Position Overview Responsible for renewing, up-selling, and closing of maintenance/service/license contracts to a specific region or account.
Increase renewal sales for assigned region or account(s).
After the software sale, we offer our customers the option to always have access to the latest software versions without additional acquisition costs by signing a software maintenance contract, as well as taking advantage of our special support services.
The goal of this position is to expand our software maintenance business in collaboration with our sales partners.
Activities & ResponsibilitiesIndependent sales management of software maintenance contractsRegular contact with relevant contacts at our Solution PartnersContinuous, proficient consultation and training of Solution Partners on the topics of software maintenance and software configurationCrafting offers in salesforce.comCross-departmental collaboration with colleagues from technical, sales, and global order management teamsHandling contract cancellationsControlling/Reporting tasks (e.g., forecasts) RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceSales experience preferred (SaaS)Strong affinity for the software industryExperience with Office applications, SAP, CRM, Salesforce is helpfulExcellent internal and external communication skillsResponsible and customer-focused approachTarget-oriented and independent working styleSocial competence in dealing with diverse and international teamsTypically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience. Languages: English is required and other languages will be a plus.
