Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.Conduct inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make necessary repairs.Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.Utilize work order management systems and prioritize tasks to ensure building efficiency.Maintain compliance with building codes and safety regulations.What's Needed?
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, lifting/carrying heavy objects.Strong work ethic with a focus on following procedures and safety protocols.Excellent communication skills for clear and concise information exchange.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
