The Role: The ideal candidate will;
Work with enterprise-level clients and infrastructure.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with your key client - Be empowered to become a true SME.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain client relationships by providing smart technology solutions to a Level 2 standard.
Be responsible for case ownership and resolve tasks in a timely manner, adhering to Brennan standards, SLAs and client expectations.
Adhere to ITL processes, including Change Management, Incident Management, Knowledge Management and, at times, Major Incident Management.
What skills and experience you bring:
Essential
Preferably 4+ years' experience in a similar Consulting role, although those with more experience or less are welcome to apply.
VMware product stack, deploying and configuring ESXi, vCentre virtual appliances.
Active Directory and Windows Server knowledge, specifically DHCP, DNS, AD/FS, and HyperV.
Strong Microsoft Azure, Intune, SCCM and/or AWS knowledge is essential.
Experience in managing & in-depth troubleshooting O365 / M365 environments.
Desired
Highly advantageous if you have Nutanix HCI Platform knowledge, including the ability to deploy and manage VMs using Prism Central.
Demonstrable PowerShell abilities.
Citrix product stack, deploying and configuring Citrix Apps and Desktops (formerly XenApp and XenDesktop) and Citrix ADCs (Netscalers).
Knowledge and exposure to an MSP ticketing system such as Service Now, ZenDesk.
A strong sense of ownership – responsible, self-motivated, proactive and disciplined approach to work.
Excellent prioritisation, diagnosis, and root cause analysis skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, maturity, and sound judgment.
Excellent telephone manners, written communication skills and customer service.
