Responsibilities: Onboard new users onto the MBO program software, ensuring smooth integration and understanding of the platform. Create and maintain scorecards for users, updating them as necessary to reflect changing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide comprehensive training to new users, guiding them on how to effectively utilize the MBO program software. Act as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, addressing questions and providing support as needed. Regularly update registration information and ensure accurate data entry within the MBO program software. Collaborate with departments to ensure timely upload of actual values and data into the software. Serve as the main liaison with Actio, the software provider, communicating feedback and facilitating updates and improvements. Expand the user base of the MBO program from 400 to 2000, which includes registering new scopes, departments, users, KPIs, projects, and scorecards, as well as providing training to new users. Required Skills: Understanding of management methodologies, specifically in running Management by Objectives (MBO) programs. Experience using software tools to enable management methodologies, ideally with experience in Actio (Seed/Score) software. Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively training and supporting users. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proactive and self-motivated attitude to drive projects independently. Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Required Experience: Previous experience working with management methodologies, particularly in implementing and managing MBO programs is preferred Demonstrated experience in using software tools to support management methodologies. Experience in project management or software implementation would be beneficial.
