Job descriptionObjective of the position Lead the development of consumer insights and recommendations to guide core brands' commercial strategy and deliver platform growth objectives.

Main responsibilitiesProvide consumer insight-driven recommendations for business decisions.Develop and execute learning plan priorities for areas of focus.Manage/supervise the design, execution, analysis, and recommendation communications of insight and analytics projects/initiatives to drive business decisions.Manage relationships with external research agencies and leverage external insights resources, capabilities, and expertise in order to best serve business requirements.Conduct minimal research from global; mostly use existing research from the markets or guide them on how to locally run the research needed for shared projects.Connect global frameworks like the demand landscape to the Core Brands strategic platforms, identifying opportunities and recommendations.Own quarterly brand equity performance monitoring as an input to the full business performance that we run in Core Co. Requirements and skillsExperienced in primary (qualitative & quantitative) and secondary research design and execution.Experienced in data analysis and problem solving.Proficient in solution design and mixed-method integration.Fluent in English. Additional informationSkills Ability to draw insights and actions from data and communicate appropriately at all management levels.Experience and knowledge of business issues including revenue and profit impact beyond data collection and analytical knowledge.Strong work ethic.Adaptable and willing to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.Ability to prioritize workload and balance competing demands.
