**Job Description**:
The Managed Services Program Manager will support the design, implementation and execution of recommendations.
This individual will shape and ensure standardization of delivery frameworks and methodologies and lead end-to-end implementation of customer lifecycle programs and campaigns, card portfolio solutions, product development and redesign projects, process improvements, and any enablement required to drive payment volume, revenue growth and efficiencies on behalf of our partners across the LAC region.
This role will combine commercial intelligence with Visa data assets, proprietary analytical solutions, cutting edge digital platforms, program capabilities, CRM best practices and partnerships to enable engaging interactions, optimized results and product enhancements.
Specific duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
**Program Management and Execution**: Define and complete program briefs reflecting the objectives and mechanics to execute.
Provide guidance, oversight and accountability for programs including coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Establish timelines of projects and ensure execution meets deadlines.
**Performance Management and Reporting**: Track and measure program KPIs.
Analyze results, provide insights and foster a virtuous cycle of continuous improvement.
**Collaboration**: Serve as liaison with functional teams ensuring consistency and collaborative working environment throughout Visa local, regional and global groups.
**Campaign Engine**: design and generation of tracking reports on projects performance on an efficient and proper visualization
**Campaign execution**:Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
**Measure and report performance of all campaigns**: build and generate conversion and funnel KPIs, control group analysis and data visualization.
- This is a hybrid position.
Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs._
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering.
MBA in related fields a plus
- 7 years of relevant experience in financial services industry, payments, consulting or similar
- Technological driven mindset, digitally savvy and up-to-date with latest market and industry analytical and digital trends
- Problem solving ability with strategic focus on influencing ROI.
- Understanding of card and payment and critical factors driving profitability
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Solid knowledge of campaign execution, CRM results evaluation concepts and methodologies
- Experience in setting up and optimizing campaign results
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM
- Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
- Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills
- Team player
- English or Spanish - Portuguese a plus
