The Manager of Digital Marketing will work at the SmartEnergy office in Sao Paulo, located at WeWork at Rua Professor Atílio Innocenti, 165, Sala 05-106, Vila Nova Conceição, São Paulo—SP, 04538-000. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, with weekends off. Position Summary: SmartEnergy is looking for an experienced Manager of Digital Marketing to execute and manage our SEO, SEM, and social media initiatives. This role will work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing and the existing Marketing Data Analyst to drive traffic, optimize digital campaigns, and support the brand's growth in the digital space. Responsibilities: Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase website visibility and improve organic search rankings. Manage SEM campaigns, including keyword research, bidding strategies, and budget allocation. Oversee and enhance SmartEnergy's social media presence across platforms, including content development and community engagement. Collaborate with the Director of Digital Marketing to align digital activities with broader business goals. Utilize analytics to measure and optimize performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Engage with external consultants and vendors as needed to support digital marketing efforts. Monitor and stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend and implement innovative strategies that enhance the company's online presence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on SEO, SEM, Native, and social media management. Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media platforms. Excellent analytical skills and experience in reporting on performance metrics. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
