**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide a global team overseeing the end-to-end delivery of improved process and applicable training supported by the Consumer Quality Management System (QMS) framework, enabling dedicated Business Partners in the Office of Consumer Medical Safety (OCMS) to conduct research in an efficient and compliant way.
- Develop a clear process improvement and training strategy for the specific assigned business processes (or business partners) in collaboration with peer leaders in R&D functions.
- Serve as a single point of contact for business partners and roll out the overall applicable quality framework.
As an owner of the E2E process and training framework you will be responsible for overall development and ensuring Quality by Design principles are instigated in all deliverables of business process management.
- Follows up on Project Plans (where needed), Tasks, Schedules, Scope, Timelines and Deliverables for dedicated Business Processes.
- Supports Complex Project Management across the full life cycle from a process design, procedural document delivery, training strategy, training delivery and final implementation, including the ongoing measurement and control on dedicated processes.
- Supports necessary change management, risk management and resolves issues for projects.
- Supports analysis of business processes
- Provide updates to management and individual business owners by reporting on project progress and resolution of issues.
- Work with peers in Global Quality Systems to ensure compliance training and procedural documents are implemented for dedicated processes.
- Document development: Work closely with business process owners to understand the requirements towards documentation, facilitate documentation review and cross-functional feedback, and work independently and with foresight to move documentation to approval.
- Training development: Assess training delivery needs and develop training storyboards that will be created and uploaded to the learning management system.
- Identify target training audiences applicable to procedural documents and mapped to training curriculum.
- Managing multiple projects, follow up on project plans, tasks, schedules, scope, timelines and deliverables.
- Provide updates to management and individual business owners by reporting on project progress and resolution of issues.
**Qualifications**
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience working in a regional or global environment is preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of related experience and/or training (Training coordinator, Training Specialist or similar role) in a regulated (GxP) environment is desired.
This includes experience analyzing business requirements, conducting training needs analysis, and formulating training solutions.
- Experience managing the life cycle of controlled procedural documents (SOPs, WIs, etc.)
for regulated functions is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools
- Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of one or more Document Management Systems (DMS) is required.
- Knowledge of one or more Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, while also having the ability to build and maintain key relationships, influence, and work with others in a positive and collaborative manner.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work in a team-based environment with evolving priorities.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $97,000 to $145,000
