RE&FM is part of Vestas´ People & Culture and our overall target is enabling a safe, optimal, scalable and sustainable use of our buildings and facilities.As our new Manager, RE&FM LATAM you will be part of RE&FM MED & LATAM team, reporting to the Head of RE&FM for MED & LATAM contributing to the development of the department. You will join a dedicated international team, working with stakeholders at different organizational levels and located in different countries.Responsibilities:Lease contracts, scouting for new locations, coordinate relocations/upgrades and provide business cases for decision.Deliver local workplaces, fit-outs in accordance with global workplace design requirements.Develop projects in LATAM sites.Delivery of facilities services, including cleaning, maintenance, receptionist, security, etc.Support regional business: upgrade of facilities, opening/closure of sites, enter/exit new countries, decommissioning, etc.Energy Management and sustainability related activities.Qualifications:You have probably a bachelor degree or higher with technical or finance combined with practical experience in Real Estate & Facility Management.Very good communication skills both written and orally in English and Portuguese.
