Shape the future of the internet
You'll be managing full sales life-cycle technical activities for our customers
across the Americas Financial Services accounts. Leading a team comprised of
pre-sales engineers. You'll partner with sales and product teams to report on the
business. You'll also have the opportunity to impact and grow our customer base.
AS A PRE-SALES MANAGER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Communicating the team's direction, goals and progress to sales and pre-sales
leadership
Leading initiatives to build the capabilities of the team to introduce new
products to our customers
Managing the business through data-driven strategies
Partnering with internal cross functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
and meet business objectives
Do what you love
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Have experience with managing technical opportunity sales cycle (at least 8 years)
and also LATAM management background
Have a solid technical background in network or cyber security companies
(experience with Proxy, Firewalls, Servers, etc.)
Have previous experience in start ups or high paced environments that require
flexibility and agility
Have previous experience with security solutions/Internet technologies
(CyberSecurity, WAF, Bot Mgt, DDoS, TCP/IP, DNS, TLS protocols, etc)
Demonstrate experience in team management (including performance, career coaching
and mentoring)
