Manager, Tax

Your responsibilities will include Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing regulations by preparing and reviewing necessary documentation.
Analyze functional profiles to understand and track P&L, profitability, Safe Harbors, APAs, and R&D.
Develop and monitor Transfer Pricing policies.
Provide Transfer Pricing consulting for all regions, including intercompany transactions, new business, trademarks, and royalties.
Support and review the Global Master File and track Local Files and CbC Reporting.
Provide timely information for strategic decision-making for the business and the Global Tax team.
Assist in defining, implementing, and maintaining the Global Transfer Pricing framework.
Manage Transfer Pricing tax audits in collaboration with local teams.
Collaborate with external service providers to ensure timely and accurate completion of outsourced projects.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Law.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a tax professional at a global tax consulting firm or in a headquartered multinational organization.
Direct experience in Transfer Pricing with multinational companies.
Advanced skills in English Ability to assess tax risk and identify issues that require escalation.
Strong capability to work collaboratively and foster teamwork.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing projects.
Ability to represent the tax department in internal meetings, providing specific technical guidance.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
