The Controlling Sr. Manager, Plant Cotia is the "single point of contact" for the Plant management team in providing the necessary business support required in all aspects of supply chain related activities such as management of expenses, investments/ divestments, working capital optimization, cost savings, productivity improvements and other local initiatives and strategies. This function will be reporting to DIRECTOR TTH Finance Operation Taste LAM who is based in Mexico

Your key responsibilities
Perform the scorecard analysis review with the plant and regional Operation management, contribute to S&OP process on monthly basis.
Manage Ops value creation, ensuring compliance of Operations Expenses, Cost per Kg, Inventory loss and Ops Continuous Optimization program. Provide the performance on a detailed monthly variance analysis (COGS + all variances).
Monitor the monthly inventories trend evolution and support the local plant management team in identifying issues and executing the actions plans identified / agreed so as to optimize or reduce the plant inventories holding.
Drive and manage the budget and Revised Annual Forecast (RAF) Process.
Act as a member of management team of the site and develop Finance Planning and analysis culture and behavior.
Review and set the annual standard costs and to ensure compliance with the Standard Rules & Guidelines on standard costing.
You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Professional certifications (CPA, CIMA) are a plus.
Solid experience in cost accounting within the manufacturing sector, including product costing, controlling, and plant finance.
Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.
Capability to challenge, lead discussions, influence ideas, and effectively present opinions in executive meetings.
Proficiency and hands-on experience with the SAP CO module are mandatory.
