Manufacturing Business Development Manager - Brazil 3005

Our client, a manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead their expansion in Brazil. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop our business in a high-potential market, with a focus on finding new OEM customers and end users. Key responsibilities include:

Developing and executing sales strategies for the Brazilian market
Traveling extensively to visit customers and prospects
Developing localization strategies
Working independently to deliver results
Collaborating with the HQ on business development initiatives
Requirements:

Professional level English proficiency (German is a plus)
Experience in Business Development or Front Sales
Ability to understand and explain sophisticated technical products
Self-structured and self-organized working style
High motivation to develop customers and projects from scratch
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Technical understanding and ability to consult and convince customers
University Degree in Business preferably with focus in Sales or Engineering
