Manufacturing Engineering Leader

Title : Manufacturing Engineering Leader Location : Contagem, Brazil ( Onsite) Job Requirements • Technical degree from Mechanical/Industrial/Production with at least 8 years of experience • Strong Manufacturing Engineering (ME) background • Ability to interpret engineering / manufacturing drawings / Specifications • Good knowledge on processes- Assembly/torque, painting, testing, cutting/bending, welding, crimping/wiring, disassembly/teardown, washing/cleaning • Knowledge of creating Manufacturing Instructions by understanding the above process in floor for rolling stock products • Knowledge in New product introduction process for rolling stock components and assemblies/testing • Knowledge of Quality requirements and associated international standards for the above process • Ability to create the Mis with minimal inputs • Superior Project management to deliver all projects to success (Customer Satisfaction Index) • Input data collection, customer interaction, coordination with offshore team, query handling • Execute MIs independently and share the details to the offshore team for execution and coordination for successful completion • Well versed in Portuguese and English, excellent teamwork and ability to work with different time zone teams
