Help to generate, convey, and update all the documentation (work procedures and instructions, training instructions; material, machinery and tooling specifications, test specifications and reports, layout, BOM, KPI tracking and action plans) necessary to support the process. Support blade production to maximize effectiveness and efficiency by assessing problems, deviations and opportunities and deploying solutions both in the short and long term. YOUR PROFILE: Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar. Autonomous, result-driven, high initiative, willing to learn and take responsibility.
