Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Process, Industrial or relate Engineering discipline 5+ years' design, quality control, project experience in manufacturing industry ideally in CPG/Food/Pharma Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills History of progressive responsibility a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office products and knowledge on digital technologies Good understanding of Factory IT/OT, MES, ERP System Good if you have: Experience / good understanding on digital technology stack, esp. Azure Cloud Platform. Strong problem analysis, negotiating and influencing skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities Expectations from the role: Collaborate with product development teams to understand technical specifications and user requirements. Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements Apply working knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing process Create processes and procedures to help the customer meet budgetary goals as well as performance quotas Work on technical solutions and innovation which match the business requirements in alignment with regional team to design and develop new solutions, PoC or pilots alongside the creative team Collaborate with product development teams to understand technical specifications and user requirements.
