About the job
Be a Business Partner for External Manufacturing operations in LATAM region. Finance Business Partner will be responsible for planning, controlling and management of financial performance, ensuring compliance and alignment with targets, related to the external production operations. Closer partnering with EM teams, mainly Procurement to revise partners agreements and translate to potential financial impacts. Provide accurate and effective management and performance reports explaining the main gaps against the plan, trend analysis reports, cost control and financial management. Identify and communicate to the areas to maintain and improve performance, increase favorable variations, monitor the implementation of agreed action plans. Report, updating and reconcile ATLAS, MARCO, TM1(P&L), Shine global systems ensuring quality of information and on-time deliveries. Calculate and update the standard cost for all materials during Budget preparation and new products during the year. Provide all analyzes to understand and explain the standard cost YoY variances. Manage and monitor contracts with third parties from a financial perspective, ensuring the alignment with our goals. Prepare presentations of results with explanations for variations between realized and planned (Actual/Budget/Forecast).
Main responsibilities:
Business Partner for External Manufacturing operations.
Manage Financial EM operation financial performance.
Key Finance actor in the Strategic Group Projects.
Reporting of Financial Performance in the different group systems.
EM representative with the different finance areas in the Region and Global.
• Maintain knowledge of and comply with the principles of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.
• Comply with and promote Sanofi Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, with the aim of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting employee well-being and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of work activities.

About you
Experience : strong background/experience with Manufacturing Finance performance management. SAP and TM1 Planning experience is a differential.
Soft and technical skills : ability to interact with different areas and organization levels and country cultures in LATAM.
Education : Engineering, Finance, Administration
Languages : Advanced English, Intermediate Spanish, Native Portuguese
