Sharing our experience for a better blue tomorrow.ROLE PURPOSE :The marine advisor is responsible to provide technical support and advise during inspection, maintenance and operations of , Offloading equipment, COW system, IG system, Tank Venting SystemJOB DESCRIPTIONMaintenance, repair specification and repair follow up for the equipment related to marine systems assuring that compliance with Class & Statutory and Brazilian Maritime requirements are met.Provide technical assistance for MOC, QnA and UDIR for activities/ subjects related to Marine discipline. Review the activities described on the planned maintenance in the CMMS for the equipment covered by Marine discipline.In case of need, assist in analyzing technical solutions for any type of issue, related to marine equipment, that may arise as result of an inspection or equipment failure/ breakdown.Support for Marine Emergency Response system.Supporting SBM marine internal audits and integrity inspection results.Provide technical support on vendors' evaluation and qualification.Follow up on the quality level of the services provided by the vendors.Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with project stakeholders.JOB REQUIREMENTSDesirable 5 years' experience offshore and 2 years' experience as Chief Engineer, Second or First EngineerSTCW III/2Offshore experience working in FPSO or FSO or Shuttle tanker or Oil TankerOccasional offshore embarques will be requiredAvaiability to work in Rio de Janeiro- RJSKILLSSafety Equipment,Piping System,Engine Room Equipment,IMO Regulation/Conventions,ILO Conventions,#LI-DP1GENERAL INFORMATIONSBM Offshore N.V. is a listed holding company that is headquartered in Amsterdam.
