We are actively looking for a Marine Construction Supervisor to join our team. As part of the Marine Group, the Marine Works Construction Supervisor will be involved in overseeing all marine operations related to quay port construction and dredging activities in Pernambuco, Brazil.

Duties and responsibilities:
Oversee all marine operations related to quay port construction and dredging activities, ensuring project timelines and objectives are met.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure all marine activities align with project goals and timelines.
Supervise dredging activities, including equipment operation and material disposal, ensuring efficiency and adherence to environmental standards.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Monitor dredging depth and sediment management to ensure project specifications are met.
Maintain thorough records of all marine operations, including daily logs, safety inspections, and incident reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in related field is preferred.
5 years of experience in marine construction supervision/inspection.
Experience with port construction.
Experience with dredging.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
Availability and willingness to travel.
All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working in Portuguese.
Experience with port construction.
Experience with container terminals design and construction.
Physical requirements:
Majority of work is field-based, which may necessitate climbing, navigating unpaved or natural terrain while carrying equipment. Field work includes exposure to extreme heat, cold, or inclement weather. Ability to use standard office equipment.
