We are actively looking for a Marine Construction Supervisor to join our team.

Oversee all marine operations related to quay port construction and dredging activities, ensuring project timelines and objectives are metCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure all marine activities align with project goals and timelinesSupervise dredging activities, including equipment operation and material disposal, ensuring efficiency and adherence to environmental standardsConduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulationsMonitor dredging depth and sediment management to ensure project specifications are metMaintain thorough records of all marine operations, including daily logs, safety inspections, and incident reportsOther duties: Please note this job posting is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, Master's degree in related field is preferred 5 years of experience in marine construction supervision/inspectionExperience with port constructionExperience with dredging, sheet-piles, combi-walls and bored pilesExcellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) Availability and willingness to travelAll new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171Preferred Experience:Experience working in PortugueseExperience with port constructionExperience with container terminals design and constructionPhysical requirements: Majority of work if field based, which may necessitate climbing, navigating unpaved or natural terrain while carrying equipment.
Field work includes exposure to extreme heat, cold or inclement weather.
Ability to use standard office equipment.
