Position
For our Brazilian subsidiary, we are looking for a Market Development Specialist in Mato Grosso responsible for supporting our partners with field demonstrations, providing technical and sales training, offering customer support in the field, and delivering agricultural technical guidance.
The goal is to ensure our partners and their customers achieve the greatest possible success.

You will
Be responsible for all topics related to field demonstrations, product onboarding, technical and sales training, maintenance, and ensuring customer success.
Extract and continually report product feedback from customer visits.
Support regional logistics.
Monitor and increase customer success.
Build strong professional relationships with our current and potential clients.
Maintain a good image of the organization at all times.
Visiting hubs and clients in order to offer FarmLab training and sell our product
Supporting our partners during Fairs/Events/Field Days and presenting the FarmLab to farmers on those events
You have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
agronomy or an area related to agriculture.
Very good
written and spoken language skills in Portuguese and English
2 years of experience
working in a customer service role
A valid
driving license
Some experience in the agricultural sector in Brazil (Mato Grosso).
Willingness to travel
A solid knowledge of Brazilian agriculture and willingness to learn.
CRM experience (nice to have)
Ability to provide excellent customer service alongside our Customer Service Manager, as well as our partners.
Good personal organization
and management skills.
Sensitivity to different cultural norms (EU and Latin American cultures).
