Job Purpose and Impact
The Market Intelligence Specialist (Open to Remote) will participate in planning, directing, controlling, conducting and analyzing market research activities to identify potential customers and markets for products and services.
In this role, you will build and maintain databases with internally driven or externally derived information sources.
Key Accountabilities
- Help analyze and prepare forecasts and recommendations for market penetration and market practices.
- Gather, analyze and interpret marketplace trends to support business and product development strategies.
- Monitor market conditions, trends and competitors to project business consumer demand and plan product launches.
- Independently solve complex questions by identifying and leveraging new and existing data sources.
- Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of two years of related work experience in marketing and data analysis Microsoft Excel Proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Data Analysis, Product Research, Market investigation and Market Innovation Global Market Insights experience Master of Business Administration Experience working with Animal Nutrition products
