Market Research and Business Insights Specialist Seasoned individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision.
Serves as the subject matter expert on Product Management strategy and provides advanced insights into market performance and product trends.

We are searching for the best talent for a Market Research and Business insights specialist which can be in Brazil, Colombia or Mexico.

This role will involve planning, performing, monitoring, and analyzing various market research projects.
The MRBI Specialist will collaborate with relevant teams to ensure that projects be aligned with business goals and provides actionable insights.
Key responsibilities: • Contribute to the generation of business knowledge through analysis of data stemming from different market audits, as well as results from primary market research studies (ad-hoc or syndicated).
* Promote answers to business questions among internal clients and develop innovative analytics to provide answers to those questions in a timely manner.
* Develop analyses and market forecasts required to support internal customers throughout the annual strategic business processes, as per cycles established by IBP (Integrated Business Planning): Monthly Business Reviews, Mid-Year Business Reviews, Brand Plans, Action Plans and Long Range Financial Plan, among others.
* Plan and implement with excellence primary market research studies required by the business, including: a) methodological design, b) supplier selection as per Procurement guidelines, c) design of questionnaires, d) fieldwork follow-up, and e) analysis and communication of results.
Ensure operation within quality and compliance standards in all stages of the process.
* Administrative processes related to MRBI and their projects are performed in time, including: budget monitoring and reconciliation; billing and monthly creation of provisions; as well as supplier registration and contracting processes, due diligence processes and quality reviews, among others.
* Work closely with other MRBI specialists in the region to find opportunities to collaborate in data analysis projects, market research and learning plans on different therapeutic areas.
* Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Management, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, Applied Math, International Trade, Social Studies, etc.)
* Languages: Advanced English, conversation, and writing.
* Work experience: At least 2 years of experience in the areas of Market Research, Business Insights, or commercial excellence.
* Experience in pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the High Specialty business.
