We offer competitive remuneration packages, professional development opportunities, and foster a culture that values diversity, creativity, and collaboration.Role Overview:The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a key role in:Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.Building and maintaining customer relationships.Providing training and support to the sales team and managing sales performance.Administering the company CRM.Implementing campaign triggering in Active Campaign.Developing strategies to enhance the company's profitability.Calculating ROI of campaigns.Increasing conversion rates and acquiring qualified leads.Creating AB tests for the marketing funnel.Overseeing the company's automation in Active Campaign.Focusing on the revenue and success of campaigns.What You Will Be Doing:Innovating new ways to increase key performance indicators.Inspiring the entire company with impactful endomarketing initiatives.Introducing new ideas and being hands-on in various aspects.Managing communication between different company sectors.Assisting the inside sales team in creating an optimized sales funnel.Taking responsibility for the overall sales strategy.Implementing daily campaigns.Reducing client churn and increasing client acquisition.Analyzing campaign metrics and improving ROI.Proactively solving problems and ensuring tasks are completed across the company.Generating and contributing value to the organization.Organizing and improving disorganized processes.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be a crucial part of your role.What You Will Not Be Doing:Delegating tasks.Bringing problems to management without proposed solutions.Stagnating or settling for the status quo.Procrastinating on tasks and responsibilities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.Fluent in English (Essential).Advanced proficiency in CRM.Knowledge in Marketing automation with Active Campaign.Paid traffic experience (meta/Google/LinkedIn).SEO experience.Experience with marketing funnels.Proficiency in Message Bird, email marketing, SMS marketing, and WhatsApp marketing.Hands-on approach.In-person work from our office.Experience selling Baas (is a plus)Nice to Have:Fluency in French is a plus.Experience selling SAAS or BAASExperience in the payment industryExperience in the forex/ exchange industryExperience in the finnacial industryBenefits:Dedicated focus on career development with growth paths.Collaboration with a highly skilled team.Transport and food vouchers
