The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing the entire social media strategy across multiple platforms to strengthen BotCity's brand awareness and boost sales lead generation. This role will also support the team across other initiatives such as Marketing metrics dashboard and events support. We seek a highly motivated professional with a broad, generalist experience in Marketing, especially with managing and executing social media strategy, who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously. This position will report to the Head of Marketing. Responsibilities Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including content creation. Collect, organize, and analyze data from social media platforms as well as from other marketing channels (email, SEO, paid ads). Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Collaborate with internal teams such as Product and Sales to develop social media strategies that align with Marketing initiatives. Conduct market research, including competitor analysis, to identify trends and opportunities, specifically within the social media space. Support the execution of A/B tests, tracking results, and recommending improvements to both social media campaigns and broader marketing strategies. Assist in presentations and reports to communicate marketing performance, including social media outcomes. Support with other broader Marketing initiatives, including but not limited to events organization and PR efforts. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience (2+ years) with social media management and content creation. Knowledge of digital marketing channels, especially social media, SEO, and email marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging content. Strong analytical skills with familiarity in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or similar. Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion. Ability to travel as needed to meet the team. English - Advanced (Reading, Comprehension, and Writing). Preferred Qualifications Experience with visual design and video editing tools. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques for social media campaigns.
