What you'll do:
As a Marketing Analyst, you will be part of the Website Experience squad, becoming a bridge between the Marketing area and the multidisciplinary team, bringing a consumer-centric approach while also being responsible for brand building and the consumer experience processes.

In detail, you will:
- Implement new UX features on store websites, improving the consumer experience in order to achieve better NPS and sales results;
- Drive digital transformation within the website, promoting brand experience for the consumer without affecting website performance negatively;
- Raise and transmit brand needs to squad and ensure their addressing;
- Track project results, using A/B tests, analytics and other indicators;
- Manage projects within a LATAM scope, with major focus in Brazil, Chile and Argentina.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related areas;
- Solid experience with digital marketing;
- Experience with webdesign and/or web content projects;
- Experience with e-commerce;
- Advanced Spanish;
- Intermediate English.
Where you'll be:
You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
