Location: Sao Paulo, BRMarketing & BI Specialist MISSION: The Market & Business Intelligence Specialist must support improvement of the organization's competitive position by providing regular market analysis and developing/maintaining reports that support management in business decisions.• Issue performance reports to the Regional Board and Head Office and support Key Departments on monthly performances to capitalize on new business opportunities and minimize the effects of competition.Provides input to business requirements for the design of solutions.Interprets business requirements and determines optimum BI solutions to meet needs.• Create specific databases and update for managerial purposes and monitor regional performance and stated budget.Follow up on weekly performance.• Ensure that responsible decisions are made based on correct data projections.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities.Look for internal tools continuous improvement and automation.Executive presentation support including slide consolidation, data gathering, and graphic design.Specific presentation supporting ECSA organization department through quarterly industry updates using external print media, social media, and other online sources requiring up-to-date maintenance.Drive the comprehensive understanding of market dynamics including customers, competitors, market trends, technology, and other forces.
This may also include macroeconomic conditions and regulatory issues.Monitor macroeconomic figures, market share evolution, growth, and trade segmentation with services analysis with niche comparisons as well as competitors and market trends.Develop segment studies and collateral for the commercial team in the field.Share market relevant news internally ensuring our team is connected to the latest information.Monitor competitors' behavior in charges, responsible for accurate benchmarking on local fees charged, as well as sharing relevant information about their strategic news.Monitor agents' performance on their administrative zones, local charges, and clients' evolution on loadings.EXPECTED RESULTS: Contribute to the overall strategic direction and business plan of CMA CGM in the region in conjunction with the board of the company and all the team.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Degree: Degree desired in Business Administration, Logistics, Comex, and related fields.IT and System Requirements: Excellent level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).Programming: is a plus (especially Qliksense).Experience: Minimum 3 years experience working in the field.
