guarantee implementation, execution and measurement of business objectives and categories strategies for Value Brands (AOP and SDD) based on market, competition and consumer understanding, identifying main growth opportunities.
Define products, pack and pricing strategy and assure flawless execution on market.
Innovation:
responsible for planning and supporting portfolio vision's creation within the context of PEP strategies and growth plans including innovation pipeline.
Also responsible for assuring innovation targets working closely with the multifunctional team with active participation on weekly project meetings.
P&L management:
accountability for Value Brands assuring implementation of projects and productivities on time.
Team development:
manage and develop direct reports through coaching and mentoring (including PEP internal policies), help mkt manager in setting priorities for short and long term activities;

Brand building:
implement key marketing program actions such as media on and off-line, digital,point of sales, packaging, promotions (with MIS), Events, endomarketing and monitor key brand performance metrics (KPIs) helping marketing manager in adjusting agenda when needed.
GTM / Sales + Operation:
deeply understand sales dynamics and work closely with commercial team to define priorities on areas/channels growth/defense plans.
Follow daily sales and operation numbers acting when needed to guarantee end to end flow.
Responsible for brand volume projections in S&OP process.
