PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Develop and execute the brand plans to ensure category development, brand financial results, penetration and share growth.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
Delivery of the P&L, share and penetration targets
Define the category strategies to win in the market
Develop the Automatic Dishwasher Category in Brazil
Guarantee definition and execution of the brand plans
Own communication plans
Ensure sufficiency on innovation pipeline
Identify opportunities to gain in the market
Coordinate sufficient plans with the trade and sales teams to win in store
Develop the team
**REQUIREMENTS**:
LANGUAGES: Advanced Portuguese / Fluent English.
Spanish desirable, but not required.
TECHNOLOGY: Advanced Office package, especially Excel and Power Point.
Nielsen database knowledge.
KNOWLEDGE: Experience in category management and has managed large brands/high responsibility, Trade structure in Brazil, P&L understanding, FMCG industry, communication planning and execution, digital activations and consumer education for demand creation, leaders management
SKILLS:
1) create categories educating consumers on new product benefits and leading brand building consistent communication that connects and engage consumers
2) ability to execute breakthrough activations across different retailer environments including omnichannel thinking and
3) deliver results with complex portfolio of products.
Additionally, needs to have proven ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams to achieve results.
