1.
- Creative Project Management and Support_
- Active coordination of any kind of creative project related to the development and/or localisation and execution of selected demand creation programs, marketing initiatives, tactics and campaigns (according to regional ComPlan) in close cooperation with the respective Segment Marketing Manager
- Development, creation and/or localization of communication concepts, campaigns and content to generate demand for MSA products/safety solutions
- Text editing/writing, design and production management for multi-channel communication tools, content and campaigns - also in cooperation agencies/external partners
- Close collaboration with the Center of Excellence and Corporate Communications in NA to develop/adapt and implement Branding and Corporate Communications tools and contents in LAR Atlantic ensuring consistency and continuity on a global scale.
- Work with Segment Marketing colleagues to identify needs, coordinate with external resources to make certain content is on point, ensure deadlines are met, and content is created accordingly and executed.
- Writing and/or coordinating (digital) contents as directed by Segment Marketing (Flexible writing style to address multiple audiences while maintaining the brand voice).
- Monitor the effectiveness of the communication projects and evaluate success
- Track and report on selected KPIs per project/initiative of assigned lines.
- Monitor and manage the related advertising spend
- Maintain record of marketing expenses per project
- Ensure all marketing invoices are processed by the finance area.
- Work with digital MKT to create and incorporate digital strategy for campaigns and projects // aligned with product MKT goals

- Tradeshows and events_
- Have the best branding presence in Brazil and Argentina with:
- Booth presentation
- Coordination of materials in a timely manner
- Logistics and development of the event
- Ensure participation of sales and PLM´s
- Strategy of products and booth communication
- Coordinate leads journey/how to capture
- Offer support when necessary on tradeshows
- Facilitate corporate events and expos for Brazil and Arg, e.g. Safety Weeks, Reps. Weeks, etc.
- Promotion strategy, visuals and ads
- Coordinate panelists, agenda and data privacy
- Promotion strategy, visuals and ads
- Platform, space, team coordination
- Subscribers FUP, event report
- Special content, adapted template and support to panelists

3.
- Corporate Communications Strategy: Day to Day support_
- Ensure that images, messages and content are aligned with corporate communications efforts for:
- Product launches and Campaigns
- Training events and presentations
- Promotions (Creation and management of promotional material)
- When necessary, facilitate translations for Corporate Marcom messaging
- Follow up with agencies
- Media Plan for Brazil and Argentina
- Strategic partners relationship
- ESG local coordination

- Product Launches_
Support the launches of assigned product lines in coordination with the efforts of the MarCom and Marketing Communications Manager, LAR teams.- Project management for the creation of launch packages and demand creation campaigns in close collaboration with segment marketing.
- Support to all initiatives, programs, launches and campaigns related to Marketing. Demand generation and Product launches.- Work with Segment Marketing colleagues to identify needs, and deliver on the programs and strategies outlined in their annual plan.
- Follows up on your plans to meet deadlines, and execute all your activities
Support all product launches by coordinating efforts with Corporate Marcom and Marketing Communications Manager, LAR- Project management for the creation of launch packs and demand creation campaigns in close collaboration with Product and Segment Marketing (incl. Media and PR)

Marketing Team Support
Support to all initiatives, programs, launches and campaigns related to Marketing Communications. Demand generation and Product launches.- Work with Segment Marketing colleagues to identify needs, coordinate with external resources to make certain content is on point, ensure deadlines are met, and content is created accordingly and executed.
- Preparation of product releases and other short-form written materials as directed by Segment Marketing and others.
