The Marketing Coordinator will focus on Entertainment of streaming along with Networks/Affiliates as main local support for Commercial team and local champion for clients /business partners.Reporting to the Marketing Director B2B, the Marketing Coordinator will work on all strategies, tactics to drive Sony performance, communication, relationship and management of key stakeholders . across the business partners.B2B Marketing Coordinator will work in partnership with Commercial heads to better position entertainment portfolio in the market, maximize opportunities through all business partners.Annual marketing plans and quarterly reviews propelling each business category.Budget control, tracking of investments and results.Seek business opportunities among all business lines and other One company partners, pursuing synergic partnerships to expand presence across the market.NETWORKS/AFFILIATES : To assure that the marketing plan will be implemented in partnership to increase reach and audience.Foster strong working relationships with other internal departments.Development and management of strong relationship with clients and other business partners as applicable (roadshows, special events, daily communication, exclusive premiums, newsletters, endo marketing activations)To coordinate and deliver all assets available to better across all business partners; localized and customized materials.To seek for vendors and suppliers to develop exclusive premiums, events or Marketing activation that will be proposed for specific audiences.Manage the payment activity following up the processing and tracking invoices, obtaining proper approvals, and partnering with finance team to ensure accuracy.This position requires a candidate who is extremely organized, an effective communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They must be motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively in both an autonomous manner and with teams.Knowledge of:1-2 years' experience within marketing, preferably in a studio or entertainment environmentFluent speaking and written English. Spanish is a plus.Strong knowledge of digital media and platforms.Skills in:Must show demonstrated experience and advanced skills in PowerPointProficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel (knowledge of formulas is a plus)Internet savvy and proficient in online researchExcellent communication skills in both oral and written.Ability to:Demonstrate extreme attention to detail and exceptional organization skillsBe a highly motivated self-starter and a team playerAbility to multitask and effectively function in an ever-changing business environment.Technology enthusiast and trend hunter.Significant experience managing outside creative vendors and agencies.
